How do I get access to CCD?add
Access is provisioned by DENDAT. Sign in with your DENDAT account through secure SSO, or contact sales to have your company and dedicated nodes set up on the tier that fits.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?add
We'll alert you at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage. Keep going by purchasing on-demand add-ons (API calls, storage, bandwidth, compute) or moving to a higher tier. No surprise overage charges.
Can I change tiers later?add
Yes. Reach out to your DENDAT rep or sales to move between tiers at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?add
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by wire transfer or invoice.
